Easy Upper Body Stretching Routine

If you are like most American’s in 2020, you most likely spend a great part of your day in front of a screen or typing on a computer. If you work in the manufacturing world, you may also couple screen time with several hours a day in a stationary posture performing repetitive motion (assembly, machine operation, sorting etc.) It is so important to have “micro-stretches” mixed in throughout the day to relieve tired, stiff muscles and prevent future injuries.
