Workplace Lower Body Warm-up Routine

As we continue our series of injury prevention exercise, Kevin Winn, CSCS, demonstrates a lower body warm-up routine that can be done pre-work. This routine should not take longer than 3 minutes and is dynamic in nature. If you didn’t see lasts weeks upper body routine, I would suggest you watch that video along with this one. These two routines can be combined to create a solid total body workplace regimen that should only take 6 minutes.
