Leaning into a daily reading habit can offer numerous benefits. The best part is, you don’t have to read much! Even just committing to reading 5 pages, or setting a timer for 5-10 minutes, can help you harness the power of the page.
So, pick up a book, your kindle, or an interesting article, for a wellness boost:
- Increased Knowledge: Regular reading expands your knowledge base, keeping you informed, up to date, and educated. It helps to expand your vocabulary and improve your grammar, both when you speak, and when you craft an email or text message.
