3 of 7 Project Trail Race Recap

Taking place on some beautiful trails in Summerville, Georgia, we took part in the 3 of 7 Project 8 hour trail race on February 10th. This race was hosted by former Navy Seal, Chadd Wright, and provided runners with ~ 1k feet of climbing per 4 mile loop on some technical trails.

We have only great things to say about Chadd Wright, the 3 of 7 Project Team, and the race as a whole. In the podcast linked below, we break down all of the details – from our race and fueling strategy, course description, and overall takeaways from running for 8 hours straight.
