MuuvWell Announces Acquisition by Longstanding Employees to Expand Corporate Wellness Services

Bowling Green, Kentucky – June 5, 2024 – MuuvWell, a leading regional provider of corporate wellness programs, today announced its acquisition by a team of three seasoned MuuvWell employees dedicated to continuing the program’s success and rapidly expanding its reach to serve more clients and businesses across the region.

MuuvWell, established in 2020 as the wellness and injury prevention division of Paducah, KY based occupational health company HealthWorks Medical, has become a trusted partner for businesses seeking to improve the health and well-being of their employees. MuuvWell offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to promote healthy habits, prevent illness, and boost employee morale.

Leading the newly acquired MuuvWell is founder and CEO Kevin Winn. He is joined by partners Wade Weatherholt (COO) and Kyle Balliet (CXO). Together, this experienced team brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for corporate wellness to MuuvWell.

“We’re thrilled to take the reins at MuuvWell and build on the strong foundation established over the past few years,” said Winn. “I’m particularly grateful to Dr. Kyle Turnbo of HealthWorks Medical for his belief in our vision and the incredible support he’s provided. With this acquisition, we’re fulfilling a dream of leading MuuvWell independently and fueling its growth. We’re committed to doing this while ensuring our existing clients continue to receive the exceptional service and personalized attention they’ve come to expect from MuuvWell.”

The acquisition will allow MuuvWell to expand its service offerings and reach new markets across the region. This expansion will be achieved strategically, with a focus on maintaining MuuvWell’s core values and continuing to deliver the high-quality, personalized wellness programs that have made it a leader in the industry.

MuuvWell is headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky and employs a team of dedicated professionals across the state. This geographically diverse team allows MuuvWell to provide a personalized and accessible experience for its clients throughout the region.
